"The property was beautiful and well kept. It had more of an apartment feel than I expected and almost seemed like some people live there full time. We had 1 issue with someone blasting music from their vehicle with the doors open late at night. The activities desk will try and talk you into a timeshare presentation, disguised as a "20 minute tour" for $100. You'll lose minimum 2 hours of your vacation time. "We stayed here 5 nights with kids. Very family friendly. Our unit was spacious and very comfortable. The unit was dated, but that didn’t bother us. The kitchen could be a little cleaner. The pool area could be maintained a bit more. Overall would recommend this place. Especially if you have older kids that need their space and will spend a lot of time at the beach as opposed to a small pool. "

"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue). "Not the best for relaxation. Partial Ocean view was nice, however, Small Lanai faces busy traffic. Unit was outdated, patio door was struggle to operate & screen was even worse. Kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. Biggest disappointment was the absurdly TINY Hot Tub across the road that was barely big enough for 4 people. "
