"The only obvious advantage was a good beach with a lot of corals. We were completely disappointed with Charm Churee Village. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff were really unfriendly, also the numbers that we booked were terrible, so we had to pay fir an upgrade, and the manager didint even give us a proper receipt. Everything in the hotel is very old, rusty. The floor is squeaky, the celling had a lot of holes in it, so that during the rain we had our rooms wet. Bed sheets were covered in...

"This hotel has been the best so far in our four week trip to Thailand. They might not do breakfast at the hotel, but don't let that put you off. The view from the room was amazing. We used the free kayak and SUP's. There were complimentary snacks and drinks. Very helpful staff. Really really good."

Excellent customer service - the front desk staff are extremely accommodating, close to the main strip (short walk along the beach ~10 min walk), great breakfast selection (all included) and beautiful beach. The whitesand villa is outstanding, very beautiful. Would recommend this hotel 10/10."

"The hotel is right on the beach and in a great location to take advantage of many aspects of Koh Tao. The facilities like the restaurant and pool are great. The staff were all very friendly and obliging. A special shout out to the young man who looked after the pool bar during our stay; he was an absolute delight."
