"The environment at beach front was great! Beautiful. But the villa is a bit old dated and fairly dark in the unit . With the price of $850 per night we paid, the overall is a bit below our expectation. The breakfast is just OK and restaurant food quality and cooking is just not matched with Luxury resort name. "

"Sea Breeze is in a great location at the end of Ao Phai beach. We had a double room in the main building, which is very close to the beach, the bungalows are set much further back and a few minutes walk away. The room was ok for the money - but not very clean and the bathroom area needs some basic maintenance.
