"One of my favorite hotels ever! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, including the beds - I sleep badly at most hotels but slept peacefully here. Bathrooms also five star. The staff was very helpful and sorted out a reservation issue (my fault) with no hassles. Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Plus there is a bus station right outside and the hpf (trains) are a block away. Amazing value for the price. "

We stayed with our two children in a family room and it was a good size with plenty of room for us all. Stayed in July and it could have done with aircon but not too bad. "The hotel is a basic hotel and I mean basic. The room was clean but it was not till the morning of leaving that we realised that the room would only be cleaned if you left your key (even though they have spares). It was ideal for the railway station and a 10 minute walk to either the shopping centre or the River. A bit of modernisation and the facility of tea and coffee would make this the ideal travellers hotell."
