"In the morning of the day of check-in, we got a message from this hotel telling us they are undergoing “construction” and don’t know what when will finish. Said they had put us in their sister hotel - Koh Ma Resort - “which is more expensive” They give us no choice at that point, as we cannot cancel on the day of check-in. "The rooms were in terrible condition. Stains & holes in the bedding & towels, marks all over the walls and drapes. The toilette was so stained brown that it looked like it had never been cleaned. All the furniture was chipped and in poor condition. They did not clean our room once in 3 nights. When they did pop by they left towels and toilet paper outside the door. "I paid for the honeymoon suite, but when we got there we were told the aircon had broken. We were put in a lesser room with no discount. The pool didn't look clean. The tv didn't work properly and there were no English speaking channels. The beach was nice and was very sheltered- good for a young family.
