"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gaylord Palms. I stayed there many years ago, they have many additional upgrades. The place was all decked out for Christmas. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was disappointed that Moor, the Ship restaurant was closed. We dined instead at Old Hickory Steakhouse, which was wonderful. It didn't disappoint. Great trip overall."

"The resort fee is bull spit. My reservation was for a non smoking room. The moment we walked in, we might as well have slept in the mouths of one of the Olsen twins. Nothing but the stench of cigarette smell to punch you in the face. When I asked front desk for a new room, I was told there was nothing available. Lucky for us we made our 2 day reservation a month in advance or we would have had to sleep elsewhere. We only used the room for the three S's. Also, I think we got high on our last...
