Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. "Loose tiles on bathroom floor. Very tiny tv that had basically 1 channel. Pillows on bed were very cheap quality. Room was extremely tiny. On the positive side, location was great, water pressure was very good, and price was good. "
