"Positives: Very close to train stations, walkable distance and flat for walking with luggage etc. Taxi from Euston was only £10, which was quite reasonable. Service was amazing, we turned up at hotel to drop luggage as it was 3 hrs before check in time and they said there was an available room, which we were extremely grateful of after a long journey. "My first interaction with a reception staff member, Irene, set a poor first impression of the hotel. I wanted to store my luggage at the hotel and she replied saying they only offer luggage storage for hotel guests - assuming that I wasn't a guest without asking me. Did not bother to ask for my passport to confirm. Other than that, the hotel room was spacious but felt a bit dated for the price we were paying. The combined shower and bathtub was very high which makes it not easy to get out,...

"Overall a decent hotel - the room had good amenities and staff were all helpful. The free drink at the bar was a nice touch! Location is super handy for Euston station which is great. However, the room was a little bit tired and pretty small, we found there really wasn’t much room to put anything down. There was also some temporary traffic lights outside heading to/ from the main road that meant there was lots of cars hooting at all times of day - the windows were actually reasonably sound...
