Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"We wouldn't know where to start. The villa is amazing, the food is high class but best of all, the staff have made our trip. Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. It is a little peace of paradise with the combination of the view from every room is incomprehensible. Would definitely come again! Thank you again for the amazing experience."

Great stay but room for improvement

"Positives: Great stay in a villa. Very close to the pool & view of Gulf of Thailand. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent. Location is great away from the party strip. Negatives: should be no shirt, no shoes, no service in restaurant; no dogs in restaurant; 1 out of 2 coffee machines worked; after 30 mins belongings should be removed from pool loungers as people reserve then leave; as smoking of all types is permitted there should be a designated smoking area. "

"The staff were friendly and helped us several times. They booked two fun excursions for us. The onsite restaurants is outdoors under a roof right in the beach. The food was very tasty and affordable. The front office/reception desk is open 7 am to 7 pm only, so be careful not misplace your room key. You could end up sleeping on the beach! Not the worst thing that could happen, I suppose. It is beautiful there."
