"Lestel is at the perfect location. Its lobby/dining area is stylish and well maintained. The washroom and kitchen need a little more frequent care as not all the guests clean after themselves. Overall this is a good choice when visiting Naha. "

"small but well designed hostel with excellent location. everything works except….noisy guests there is no enforcement of noise in the bunks, its a typical problem with many non-japanese guests who stay in groups (not solo). they talk loudly (couples or groups taking single bunks) totally oblivious to all the rest of people sleeping. yes, and they use the hair dryer at midnight, and thats not all…"

"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. Our plane was also late coming in but we were able to arrange self check-in for when we arrived and sorted out the details in the morning. Thank you again!"

"Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately...

"The front desk was very professional and very nice. I feel very safe at this hostel. "

"The staff is extremely attentive. I needed help using the washer and dryers very early in the morning, but the gentleman at the front desk took special care to drop what he was doing and aid me in getting my laundry completed properly. He was a life saver! They keep this place immaculately clean and orderly. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t think twice, just do it."

"Pretty good value, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. 2 minutes walk to local beach, and under 15 min walk to heart of Naha. Unfortunately, no lift.. But staff offered to (actually insisted) to help move my bags to the room... Love the staff. Budget travellers, definitely yes.... Pretty much most important question... Would I stay again.... Answer is definitely yes!"

"The staff are polite and helpful, the place is clean and comfortable. Only issue is there are no personal lockers for guest. "

"Very near international street, location is superb, but also very nosie during night time even after 12am. Only 2bathroom and 2shower on the floor, sometimes need to wait if too many people, though they are very clean. For the bed is really hard, not really sleeping well, most of the people seems long staying there. Anyway, the staff are very nice"

"Friendly, helpful staff- I believe most of them, or maybe all, can speak English as well as Japanese. A shared common room area with a fridge and cooking facilities. Beds were okay- at least the privacy was decent. It felt like a capsule hotel- but to be expected for the type of hostel. "The super plus point for this hotel is its convenient good location, just right behind the main International street. However, not many local people can help you locate this hotel even if you show them the hotel address in the booking slip, which is a big surprise for me as it took me quite a bit of time when i first arrived before i can find the hotel. Other plus points, very clean toilet and shower room. Very near to monorail Kencho Mae Station and also within walking distance to nearby Naha...

"The only drawback I can think of is the water doesn’t get as hot as I might like. Besides that the property is very quiet. Check in was easy and contactless. I left my bike out and it didn’t get stolen. Location is great. It’s very close to a diner."

"The location is ideal, next to the Yui Rail station. The area around the hotel is walkable and with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. There are even a drug store, a supermarket and a super store (Don Quijote) nearby. I should note that restaurants in the area are decent and affordable. If you cross the bridge, you can explore the huge park with some shrines and large playgrounds. Triple-bed guest rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast options are generous and of pretty high quality. Almost everything in this hotels functions perfectly well beyond expectations. The reception store luggage for you if rooms are not ready. All staffs are extremely polite. What we love is how cold the mini fridge can get. Only two things that could be better are the hard-to-reach flushing knob on the side of toilets and the low-powered microwave oven in the lobby."
