"Lobby was welcoming and the staff very polite. Everything was clean. Bathroom was like new. Soap dispensers were handy. Bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. I got a nice workout in the gym. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Accomdations were met well. When i booked my stay i requested wheelchair accessible room. I recieved a phone call shortly after letting me know they only had 1 room left that was wheelchair friendly, but the shower was being repaired. Actually it was usable, but the repair wasnt "pretty" and they took it out of booking. They iffered it to us and I thought the repair was fine. We had a great stay!! Cookies (fresh baked) in lobby when you enter. Friendly staff! Clean rooms. Safe area. "

"I like the fact that Tru has modern utilities and modern design. Rooms are comfortable. Having a pool table and board games makes family stays more fun. Pancakes for breakfast is a real treat."
