"We updated our room for an ocean view and it was so worth it! Amazing views, super friendly staff, and great restaurants on site or nearby. We were a bit worried about being so close to the airport but we rarely noticed any planes. We rented a car and the location was perfectly located so we could drive south one day and north the next without spending more than 1.5 hrs in the car. We loved it and will definitely come back"

"Great location near restaurants, hiking, water activities and shopping. Very quiet and not crowded which really contributed to a relaxing vacation. The small size makes it more intimate but limits amenities. Uneven staff training - valets were great, concierge was worse than useless. Paid for a special chef's dinner ($$$$) which was fun - somelier and wine were excellent, but the food fell short of expectation. Go to Merriman's instead.
