"The check in process was very good. The Agent was professional and friendly. The lobby was bright, clean and modern. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, no musty odor anywhere, nothing broken, bed was comfortable and the daily housekeeping was a major source of satisfaction during our stay. This is our second time at the Westin Galleria and we will definitely return."

"Room was fine even though they gave away our two bed reservation so one of us had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was aweful. And we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for it. The hard sofa was better than the sleeper mattress. They also charged for breakfast. We got a voucher for one morning for a free breakfast because of giving up our reservation of two beds. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special and should not be for an extra fee. It should be included with the rental rate. The TV wouldn’t work and front desk was not helpful but we figured out where the unplugged connections needed reconnecting and got it to work. A decent stay close to a tournament we were in. Not the best but for the price, I didn’t have high expectations. "

"Staff friendly and attentive. Only issue is the entrance to hotel. A Constable was at the corner to keep entrance opened. We enjoy the location as it is convenient to the areas we visit. "
