Also within walking distance to the pontocho alley. for sightseeing, you would need to walk to the crowded bus stop. Room was considered spacious by normal Japanese standards but it was also more expensive during the Sakura season. There is a special bathtub with sit down area for shower. Overall, convenient but on the pricey side for 4 star hotel. There is also an additional accommodation tax. "
