No laundry in the hotel but laundromat with big machines is closeby. Excellent location for catching subway and buses, walkable to many shopping and eating options. Onigiri and A5 Wagyu sukiyaki directly opposite hotel entrance are excellent. "

It is very close to Tokyo station (walking <5 min), facilities are extremely convenient (luggage locker, self check-in), our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. We wished we could spend more time in Kyoto!"

"The rooms are very spacious. The staff at the reception are very nice especially the first person we met in the morning. They let us leave the luggage when we came early, then when we came back, our luggage is already in the room. The amenities are great. They have a breakfast buffet on site. There is a 7/11 convenience store few steps away. There is also a bakery and Starbucks close by. The train station is like 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Great hotel! Excellent service. Good location. "
