"Had booked The Himalayan on a friends advise and I must say it was an amazing, out of the world stay for 4 nights . Just as in the pictures it gives a real feel of staying in a castle . The rooms were quite big and beds most comfortable. Of course the view from the windows of the snow capped mountains and Manali town below was just too good to be true. The property with beautiful gardens, a pool & cottages around it made us feel so relaxed and we felt bad when our stay was about to end. The persons at the reception were most polite and helpful to all our queries about how and where to visit around Manali. Every evening they had a map for us with all places marked out for our visits the next day. Of course I must mention the breakfast spread and few meals we had for dinner, just amazing. We will definitely come back & stay here again for our next visit. Thank you The Himalayan for making our holidays special."

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"The people managing the property are the most honest people I have ever met. I left good amount of cash in the drawer as I checked out . While I was riding taxi from the hotel, I received the call from manager to get the cash that I had left behind. I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights stay at luxury room of this newly constructed resort. Amazing views of surrounding snow covered hills and forest were simply amazing and will be long cherished. Food was superb, room service was great. Bed was quite comfortable though linen needs to be laundry washed and not hand washed. "

"Great staff, everyone so helpful and friendly. Place was clean. Needs to have hot water at all times, maybe there is an expectation that you have to ask for this at times? Good supplies of coffee/water. Lovely room view. Comfortable bed."

"I was there for 3 Nights, that was a duplay room and was very small, very old property but somehow maintained. most of machienes at Gym was not working. Limited buffet menu. Its just a good Hotel not a Resort"

"Very Very Nice Hotel and Room… I came from canada and cleanliness was my priority and Let me tell you .. Everything was Beyond My Expectations.. Having Jacuzzi in your Room says it all … if yew Are coming to Kasol .. yew must stay at Echor … Highly Recommend.. 😀"
