"Nice room and clean, the main building doesnt look that impressive but when you get to the 3rd floor there is a step up in quality. The rooftop bar and restaurant was convenient and provided great views. A number of attractions were within a short walk including the gateway to India and Taj Hotel. Only downside was our room was next to reception so was a bit noisy at times when trying to sleep"

"Amazing hotel from start to end! Even though we were there for just a day, the entire experience was great. A landmark hotel with rich culture and history, and the service and interactions with the staff were brilliant throughout. On the day of check-out we used the hotel as our base as our flight was very late in the evening and the hotel were very accommodating for us to make the most of the day and remain fresh. We kept our luggage with the hotel team, relaxed in the lobby and bar. We even asked if we could freshen up and because we were guests they allowed us to use the gym and shower facilities which was very important for us before heading to the airport for a 10 hours flight, especially as we had spent the whole day in the humidity of Mumbai outdoors. "
