Everything is nice and clean except for the front desk staff. His attitude is really awful. When i check out and say thank you, he doesnt say anything and keep looking his cell phone.

如果要住這間，有要注意房務有沒有先跟顧客確認 我到了晚上10點沒收到電話通知確認，是我們電話問有沒有服務櫃台，才得知是自助入住 也很吃運氣拉，當天晚上隔壁聲音很大 樓上早上7-8點跑跑跳跳叫你起床

房間乾淨衛生沒有異味，床部床墊軟硬度，厚度，舒適度ok，不會像其他我們住過的床，可能使用久床有缺陷，枕頭不會過軟偏高偏硬，之前睡過的枕頭都很軟！隔音也不錯！ 喜歡有客廳的感覺，逛完買完宵夜回來有桌子椅子可以坐，不像文青旅店背包客或是曾住過的日租飯店，沒有桌子，只能坐在地上會唯一的化妝台椅子當桌子。 總之……瑪提斯我們住的非常滿意，價格又合理👍👍👍

Un bel hôtel où il faudra vous débrouiller seul
Très belle chambre avec vue exceptionnelle sur Kaohsiung depuis le 32ème étage de sa tour emblématique. Salle de bain propre et de qualité. Service inexistant toutefois : le seul homme auquel nous avons eu affaire était froid, il n'a pas arrêté de manger ses frites pour nous enregistrer et n'a pas interrompu sa sieste à notre départ ; à sa décharge il semble travailler 24h/24. Voisins de chambre bruyants.

我覺得關於停車部分可以有在更多的說明，因為85大樓收費沒有上限，可能有配合折抵或者優惠停車，都沒有事先說明或提醒覺得有點不好。 另外所謂的海景房也是要很偏才看的到海⋯

シティビューの部屋に宿泊。85スカイタワーホテルと同等の景色が楽しめる。その他は最低限のサービスのみ。チェックイン、チェックアウトはホテルの人ではなくビル共用部の方と鍵の受け渡しをするだけ。そのため24時間対応してもらえる。掃除、タオル交換、アメニティ補充は2日に1回程度。トイレットペーパーが底をつきそうでヒヤヒヤした。掃除が必要かどうかの確認はエクスペディアのメッセージ機能で、当日の朝にホテル側から英文で連絡があった。自分は問題なかったが、このメールに気付かずに部屋の掃除をしてもらえない人もいそう…。水回りの清潔感には物足りなさを感じた。テレビのチャンネルが充実している。冷房、冷蔵庫の動作は問題ない。部屋は広々。

地方整潔
在三多商圈站附近，逛街非常方便，住在32樓，可以一覽無遺的看到高雄市，只是窗簾不太夠闊，早上光線充足，不能睡太晚
