Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. "The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"

"Loved loved loved this hotel!!! The area was high end surrounded by Gucci, Rolex, and other high end stores. Lots of different types of bars from classy lounges to fantastic hole in the wall places. Everyone is friendly and the staff was amazing. Rooms were big, bed was huge and comfortable. It is completely surrounded by temples and shrines and the castle is a short walk away. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option also. "

"Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities in Kanazawa Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kanazawa was wonderful, and we’d love to return for a longer visit next time! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with spacious rooms (by Japan standards), “western style” bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities, including a full set of toiletries. They also have make and female onsens (public bathhouse), and offers baggage transport assistance, which was incredibly convenient for onward travel. The on-site shabu-shabu restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent, but dinner reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant fills up quickly. While they serve alcohol, note that the hotel does not have a dedicated bar. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with helpful staff and excellent facilities—perfect for travelers wanting both convenience and relaxation in Kanazawa!"

"Location is very convenient just right around corner of JR train station, few steps away. There are shopping malls, convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, and food courts connected to the station. We had 2 twin beds room on the 14th floor, space is good enough for 2 people and very quiet. The bathroom is spacious and clean; although it’s a little dated with design for a 4 stars hotel, it does have a good size soaking tub and water pressure for both the sink and shower are very good. Very please with the stays."
