"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."

"The hotel is connected to Terminal 3 so no shuttles after a long flight. It's also next to the food court outside of security. I stayed here after two long days of delays and rerouting. Breakfast area has an excellent view of Mt Fuji."

"I got early to the hotel and I had to wait 4 hours while I was extremely tired to check in. I was only able to check in early after paying an extra $50. "

"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"Staff are very accomodating. Close location to Haneda airport and train station. Would be nice though if drop off were at each terminal, instead of everyone at T3 and had to wait for the airport shuttle."

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "
