"We were a family of 6 (3 adults, 2 teenagers and a 2 yo) staying in 2 rooms - an oriental quality double and a twin. After reading some reviews we were a little apprehensive, but everything was great. We were very comfortable & even had a bath for the 2 yo (and for the Mrs tired feet after walking the Dotonburri strip way too much). Breakfast was amazing, location is right near exit B21 in the underground “walk” from Namba station. We’ll definitely stay here again. The rooms were a little stuffy and not what we were used to in terms of aircon but hey - there’s a window & it opens - problem solved. We loved our stay. The lobby & welcome lounge/open bar were brilliant. "

"Really close to the tube (about a 3 minute walk from the hotel entrance) and walkable to Dotonbori (about 5/6 mins). But far enough away from Dotonbori to be quiet. Great facilities. Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment. Pool was closed for winter. But the rooftop view is well worth a look. "

"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side lobby, across the bar dining area. On the other end of the lobby there is a ticket counter to purchase Universal tickets, so that was convenient. Was about $60 sum per adult. Then the back exit on the same side is the walk way to the Captain Line which was so awesome. This takes you to the Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the market mall. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Loved their fresh orange machine. Hotel was just straight up the street from Universal Park, City Walk and Train station. So so convenient for everything. Highly recommend this Minion themed hotel 😊"

"This hotel is a fantastic option. It’s well located close to the train and also right next door to a high end shopping area. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff of this hotel are so nice and helpful. They really make the experience even better! "
