"Lovely hotel with clean rooms and impeccable decor. We really enjoyed the Shamiana restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch as well. It’s also a lot more affordable than some of the other 5-star hotels in the area. The only thing to watch out for is their travel/taxi service managed by Ali & Fahad. They tried to scam us knowing well we were foreigners and charge you a super premium on every ride. Avoid them under all circumstances as they take advantage of outsiders. "Not a terrible place to stay, nothing extremely bad about the hotel in general it’s spacious nice and safe etc. however, had to keep calling to ask for toilet roll and towels etc as they were not putting enough in the rooms, they also don’t change the bedding to fresh bedding everytime they clean… you have to ask for them to put fresh bedding on. "First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links."
