"This hotel is nice and is right on the beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Of course it needs to be remodeled but who cares. The room was nice, bed was soft, hot water, food was great, drinks were so good, location was perfect. A grocery store is a short 10 min walk. The hotel staff was so nice it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. I will book this hotel again it saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other hotels."

"Very romantic, great customer service, anything you ask for they will go above and beyond to try to accommodate. The scenery is beautiful. We were in one of the furthest cottages and loved the privacy and the frogs and waves crashing at night we could hear even with the door closed it was like a natural sound machine. We never went hungry and it was so nice having table service for every meal. Highly recommend!"

Our room came with butler service and it was nothing short of perfect. Shandell, Deleen and Errolson always made themselves available and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. "We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going next door to Sandals. We loved our stay here! It was quiet and clean. We did the circumnavigation tour on our second day. The pool was a nice spot to hang out. The room was HUGE. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy to get a quick cab ride up the hill to Sandals when we checked out. We will definitely come back if ever we come back to Antigua. "

Most of my breakfast was at the restaurant on the English harbor and enjoyed that too. I had a lovely balcony room overlooking the harbor so that was nice!
