"The floor is cover carpet which is hard to pull luggage over. We booked two rooms in one booking. However, it was assigned to two different floors. There is no phone to communicate between floors and you are restrict to use elevator to your floor and it's hard to reach to your family on different floor unless you meet up at the lobby."

"Room is spacious (in Japan hotel standard) and has good view. Downside is there is not a lot of signature to point you to the ammendities area where they have the laundry room etc. "

"This hotel is inside of airport area and access to terminal just walking distance. Room is good size and clean. Many shops are same building so you can get everything you need to prepare for trip or after back from somewhere. Price is good too. Recommend "
