"Front Desk Staff was very professional & to be commended! - I observed a couple of guests checking in around the same time as me who were being very rude & extremely belittling over an honest mistake/miscommunication. The individuals working the desk were apologetic about the mistake & were very patient with guests who I felt were being exceptionally & unnecessarily mean. I have worked in customer service as a manager & if I were in the situation I observed, asking the guests to stay elsewhere...

Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. "Room was clean except there was a spot of blood on one of the pillow cases. The curved bottom of the tub was very uncomfortable and unsafe for showering. Good selection at breakfast and was glad it went till 10 as we got in late the night before. Staff friendly "
