Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Completely disappointing
It was a very terrible experience. The Hotel was shut down for maintainence. Even they changed its name!! I discovered it after around an hour searching. I called hotels & maid a complaint and the CS didn’t do anything and tell me she raised a complaint. Till the moment nobody called me from Hotehs!! They didn’t return me the money!! Now they are asking me about my stay!!!
