"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"Breakfast wasn’t nice but my kids love the pool and small pool for kids. Staff are very friendly and nice , we ate our dinner in the breakfast area, warmed our food and front desk was so nice. I definitely found the right hotel for our future stays and looking forward for the future trips. "

"Staff were very nice, especially Benedict and Nino at the Lounge. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely location. We could see the Jeddah Fountain from our balcony. Enjoy our stay. "
