"I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in"

"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

"The property seems very old and need some serious maintenance. The room that we got was having very dim lights, Tv was not working, exhaust fan was not working, no mirror outside the bathroom. Only good thing about the place was that it has good connectivity and was very clean. They followed all covid protocols. Everyone there was fully vaccinated. Food was below average as compared to other places around the area. Hence I would give it 3 star."

"Do not book this hotel ever. Dirty sheets, noisy due to the location on a busy street and also no insulation in the walls or windows, run down facility period! We arrived late at night and stayed 1 night, though we paid for 2 nights through Expedia, we moved to a different hotel. "
