"The hotel is great but they charged me for over night parking, supposedy validated my ticket but when i pulled out my car i had to pay again at the parking facility. They said I'm paid through 7pm and got my car at 4pm. I was double charged. "

"Good value for money. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are not wow...but have all you need (hot water in the shower, great aircondition, comfortable bed, clean quiet room). You have so many things to do in the area...you are hardly in the room anyway... "

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Just want to say thank you to Naor who worked in the front. He checked me in when I arrived. Also when he checked me out went over and beyond to help me get a taxi to the airport on NYE. There was a very rude customer screaming at him and he handled it with such professionalism. He deserves a raise or promotion for sure. Overall the property was very nice and felt extremely safe. The breakfast restaurant is very chaotic and disorganized but tasty. Would definitely stay here again. "

Excellent hospitality

"We were made to feel like welcome guests at check in. The room was small but comfortable and had minimal storage space for clothes. Location in the heart of Jaffa is excellent Breakfast is excellent. "
