"We stayed for a romantic weekend and enjoyed the decor, the toiletry selections and thought the bed was comfotable. The location is hard to beat. A nice pool area with a bar right off the beach. Beach chairs/umbrellas are available and staff will set for you. The only downside is the downside for all hotels, unfortunately there is not much that can be done to sound proof the doors and plumbing so you do hear doors slamming shut and water running off and on. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"We chose this property because of its proximity to Mayo Clinic. I am sure they have a ‘captive’ audience, but the lobby, room, and restaurant are well kept. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Rooms are spacious and beds are acceptable. We would stay again if needed. "

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

"Old, classic hotel. Staff excellent - helpful and friendly. Not as antiseptic as a newer property, but we like that. Great location - everything you need within easy reach. We parked across the street and didn't move the vehicle for 3 days. No problem for us, but it might be an issue if the area is busier."
