"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"I was very happy that I could walk over to the hospitals anytime I wanted to or needed to. There's a nice shuttle that runs over to the hospital. If you dont have a car there isn't much of anything in walking distance off of the campus. The food court at Mayo is very good! The staff is very good at the hotel . ffood selection wyou also."

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

"Very comfortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast is NOT included and available on site for $19. Comfortable lobby area. Elevators were quite slow. Good location with easy beach access and near the Jax Pier. Restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. "
