I really should have given lower ratings. We stay at Harrah’s because of its convenience to other casinos on the strip but Harrah’s eliminated their buffet, table games have been limited in many casinos, construction in the area, automated check-in and -out, and limited amount of reasonably priced restaurants. Way to kill ANY personal interaction with staff,. We did NOT decline cleaning service and STILL had to call after three days to get the room cleaned. I mean really? The nearest buffets at the Bellagio and Caesar’s cost $230 to $250 for two people and they give us the “privilege” of a table for 90 minutes. to get your food, eat and leave. REALLY?Even my eating is being “optimized” to accommodate maximizing profit. I use to enjoy my trips to Vegas but now I feel like am just an ATM machine dispensing money for VERY little reward, service and excitement. What’s exciting about a slot machine? At least before you got service now you don’t even get that.

Great location to be central on the strip. The only thing is the smoke smell is a bit much at times, even on the floors that are deemed non smoking.

Everything was good until the guys next door got loud at 3am and wouldnt stop shouting and slamming doors. Its vegas but tough when you have an early check out and cant sleep through the night...
