I generally love staying at the ace hotel. However, the New York location truly disappointed.
The room was really dark and dingy and had a musky smell to it. Carpet and bathrooms felt a little dirty. Overall, location is perfect. Staff is great. Rooms just need some maintenance.

Location very good, close to everything, many restaurants around, safe and easy to get metro or bus, inconvenience, beds are uncomfortable, if you are more than 4 people is better to rent two rooms, one room for 5 people or more, is not good, sofa bed, the mattress is really uncomfortable, is better to put it in the floor and sleep there. Other than that i recommend the place, specially for its location
