"This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. "Beautiful property with gorgeous trees and garden. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The one problem there we found was that the bar and restaurants were very slow and under-staffed. Spoke with the Food & Bev manager about it and asked him not to criticize the staff just hire more people and organize things better.. Chef Masoom is very talented and Adina was very helpful too. "
