Fantastic location right next to the Blue Mosque and the main attractions. Hotel staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness, promptness, precision and advice given. They organized at our request both the taxi transfer and the tour with a private guide and I would recommend both of them, as Istanbul can be quite difficult to navigate on your own with public means of transport and the guide not only gives you an overview of the main sights but can help you skip all the long queues.
Rooms were very clean (and I am a picky one), with full range of toiletries in the bathroom, guest slippers available too; rooms were tidied and cleaned every day, towels also changed every day, you could smell a nice clean perfume when entering the room.
We had a family room, which consisted of two separated bedrooms each with its own bathroom, not super spacious but just the right amount of space.
I appreciated the fact that our rooms were quiet and silent, I had brought ear plugs but never used them as I slept soundly with no disturbance (I thought that being next to a mosque we would have heard the call to prayer but didn’t hear a sound).
Breakfast was satisfactory, you could find both sweet and savoury options, although more oriented towards a Turkish breakfast.
All in all we were very satisfied with this hotel, we would definetely stay there again and we would absolutely recommend it to others. I hope they will keep the same standard of service also in the future.
