"This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to the harbor, which was absolutely lovely, You can get just about anywhere in 20 minutes. The staff is exceptional, in particular; Chokri; The manager went above and beyond and guaranteed I had a Wonderful and restorative stay. "On a recent visit to Santa Barbara, we stayed at this moderately priced hotel and were pleasantly surprised by what a great experience it was. The staff were helpful, friendly, and responsive. The facility and grounds are impeccably kept up and clean. Having free on-site parking was a special treat if you travel often to SB - we usually stay downtown, where there are always parking and valet charges.The location is mostly residential, so quiet, but still close to the center city and all the fun (although maybe not walking distance). A couple of things to be aware of: 1) there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, request a first floor room, and 2) there is not regular room housekeeping unless you request it."
