"Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

"The man on reception couldn't of been anymore helpful, showed me to the room heloed finding me a plug adapter and always had a smile on his face very polite! The hotel is in walking distance of the bus station to acess the island and the beach too! Rooms clean tidy and spacious with bottled water in the fridge Will now always ysebthis"

"Finca Luz si trova in un luogo tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo è a pochi km dall’aeroporto e comodo per andare a visitare i luoghi di maggior interesse. Marzia, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con calore, è una persona disponibile e attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti, senza mai essere invadente. La colazione è ricca e varia. Posto consigliatissimo! "Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"This was a good place to stay, the location is great on the beach and close to Corelajo with an easy and quick bus ride. There is a car rental on site and the front desk can help you get a car if they’re closed or full. This seems like it would be best for families with children under 12 or couples who prefer sunbathing/pool days. My only real complaint is that it’s discouraged to fill up reusable water bottles. The food and drinks are ok, I encourage getting the reservation for the Canarian...
