"Many issues with this property : bad location/unsafe neighborhood, strong cigarette smell in bedrooms, extremely small stairs, only one bathroom, very poor service(we asked for extra blanket, towels and pillows and they delivered after 2 nights ). this looks like run down/old house, don't go with photos "

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed."

"The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Locks on the exterior door to the house, as well as to the main entrance doors to the two apartments were missing strike place, which means that the deadbolt goes into the wooden door frame, which provides no security against a kick to the door. "Above and beyond expextations. The only “complaint” that I have has nothing to do with the house nor the landlord, and it is the price difference between what is advertised and the final price. Luckily, There were a city occupancy tax posted on the fridge that explained my concerned. As far as the house and landlord, all perfect."
