When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused! Not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is not good, furthermore the staff was not quite friendly - always accusing us of something, for example that the 6years kid is talking too loud at 11am. "The staff was helpfull and friendly. The hotel is old. Rooms are very small, not very clean and can be very noisy. We had all Inclusive. We would appreciate some change. Breakfasts same every day, no fruits what so ever. Snacks unhealthy. Kid's corner without any toys or anything to play with."
