"This was part of a trip to Hoonah, we had to stock up in Juneau. The hotel is just as good as some of the others we had stayed in Juneau. The bed is very comfortable, overall it is clean. Just needs some love in spots, blankets were worn and thin, no comforter. Just those little things. Our bulb kept blinking in bathroom, the hair dryer had melted, I just feel the rooms aren’t getting proper attention. I also know in this day help is very hard to find, this could be the issue. "Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westmark in Sitka! The hotel was comfortable with plenty of amenities. The location was great for accessing shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing adventures. We ate in the restaurant also and really enjoyed the food. My partner and I had to work on this trip but found private office space to remotely attend a meeting. The staff was very helpful with all of our questions. One thing that was a bit too much for us was the use of strong-smelling cleaning supplies...

"Can't beat the location and the staff tries very hard. It isn't the Four Seasons and part of the charm is this old hotel building where no two rooms seem to be the same. But this room was on the third floor and nice and quiet!"

"Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Happy with room and accommodations. Website phone number hd not been changed and no one mans the phone after 2pm. So ended up taking a taxi to hotel. Got shuttle back to airport the next day. "

"Business trip for 2 nights. Cool little hotel. Rooms are small but well furnished and cozy. It wasn’t a problem per se for me, but there isn’t 24/7 coverage at the front desk. When there was someone in the small lobby, they were most professional and friendly. No complaints about this hotel. "
