The hotel smelled like marijuana something fierce, staff was unwilling to do anything about it. There were half empty water bottles next to the coffee machine. The pool closed an hour before the posted time and did not open the next morning as posted either. Last but not least, Expedia charges $10 extra for breakfast, which the hotel does not accept.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The two women at the front desk when we arrived late Friday night (I believe one worked in housekeeping) were especially lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a terrible stay. I requested a refund and asked to be contacted. I was told to go to the Hilton website to get services and issue a complaint. I did as I was told I issue my complaint. I reached out to the general manager by the name of Sarah Gabbard and she advised that once she received my complaint she would assist in my refund. This took place on November 30. I have emailed her several times with no response back and no refund nor resolution. I was unable to rest. The heater in my room was defective and made a loud roaring noise. When I tried to contact the front desk and go to the front desk to get moved to a different room, no one was available. I was then told I could get a refund, but the delay is because I booked through a third-party vendor. Well, I advised that when I tried to book my room through the website with Hilton the system kept shutting down, and when I tried to call the hotel, no one answered. overall, this was a horrible experience and as of today, I still don’t have a refund or any resolution.

Very quite and the beds are really comfortable. The only issue that I had was the coffee bar was subpar. I’ve stayed at Holiday inn expresses with more options. I expect much more from Hilton.

The room that I got today was the room that I wanted to get for the whole week and I did not receive the correct room but the lady at the desk said that was my fault and she couldn’t change me, but I was a front office manager at a hotel so I know she could’ve done something for it. But this room was very big spacious had everything we need. The only complaint that I had is there was a chair in the king room at the bottom and the corners were so probably hit so much or something that it looked like a mouse had been like chewing on the sides of the chair so it kind of freaked me out, but then I realized it was a handicap room accessible, so maybe it was from like wheelchairs and things hitting it but other than that, it’s always good .

I always stay with either you guys or the Home2 suites and I was just a little disappointed because I tried to book the same room each time and when I got to the hotel, they had the rooms and the room keys already booked so when I got up there to the room, it looked completely different from the room. I had a couple weeks before that and when I called down, the lady was a little rude and told me that she can see what room I had two weeks ago and unless the girl gave me an upgrade that is not what I paid for. So I was a little disappointed with the room. I was in because I needed that extra bed.
