"The staff was very helpful. Especially Guest Relations spoke English. It helps foreigners navigate. Har for us when there is a language barrier. Also suggestion, if trying to accommodate foreign busy, please have English TV channels other than CNN, as I am on vacation and want to relax not stress about the world. By asking your GS we were able to have a very nice dinner, since we had no clue as to where to go. "

"We picked this hotel for its proximity to Ikebukuro station. The limousine bus from Narita airport stops very near to the hotel. The hotel is new with very friendly staff. The lobby has an area with one large and a few small tables. The included breakfast could be taken as breakfast or supper. You pick up frozen items and a rice steamer and prepare the meals in your room. The room was so small that there was hardly room for two pieces of carry on luggage but it did have a table, two chairs, a kettle, a hot plate, pot, Sink, fridge with freezer, and washer/dryer combo. The staff provided English instructions on how to use the equipment. There was complementary and coffee in the lobby. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. I would stay here again. "

"Had a lovely twin corner room. Staff n chamber provide good service. Bf is excellent. Being on the outskirt to tokyo, u can gi on a day trip easily. I would stay again if its not too pricey."

"First stop in Tokyo and this was a great place to stay while we adjusted timezones. Super Central, very close to ikebukuro station. Pillow is a bit stiff but otherwise great accommodations. Staff spoke excellent English so I can definitely recommend this place for those who are unsure of their Japanese skills. "
