"My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "

"Had to pay double the rate as a deposit on top of the price after already paying for the room- a hidden cost. Do not be fooled by the photos- our view was of a very large Marina building- our sunlight was reflected off it.The place is a maze of appartments with no sense in the numbering, this adds anxiety when you arrive. Place smelt musty to begin with, is spartan, soulless and of brutal, builders grade materials. Instructions to leave the place clean were sent 4 times-completely unnecessary....

Well priced for what it is - recommend taking a few kitchen gadgets of your own (as most French tourists do) to ensure you have everything you need. Also bear in mind that most self catering apartments in France charge extra for bed linen, towels etc so ensure you check this and are prepared, or bring your own. "

I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). Also if there is a problem (lost key, appliance not working) there is not really a way to communicate, BUT everything went great. Great value. "

"On its own, this is a beautiful property with a novel concept. They have made villas in what has a homey feel. But if you don’t take all the rooms in any villa, you may very well find yourself with neighbours in a room within the villa, though they will not be in the space you are occupying. "The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

"Our room was given to other guests & we were given a room 30 metres from the main road So it was very noisy There was No air conditioning, in an apartment in the south of France !! So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week...

"I recently stayed here at the Lili of the valley with the family for a few days. The hotel is five stars and the assistant and Service is outstanding very attentive and accommodated. The restaurant is amazing as well as the food. The service is a five star service with an outstanding clean.
