"Everything was perfect but for communication. I have an american phone with slow data in Europe. Going to web based communication was hard. I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). Also if there is a problem (lost key, appliance not working) there is not really a way to communicate, BUT everything went great. Great value. "

"We booked this hotel at the last minute for a long weekend getaway in Provence. While we didn't really need the amenities of a residence hotel (kitchen, laundry, etc), I could see how it would be a great advantage for people staying for a week, particularly with families. For our needs, the hotel was well-situated, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was charming, with many good ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend...

"Our room was given to other guests & we were given a room 30 metres from the main road So it was very noisy There was No air conditioning, in an apartment in the south of France !! So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week...

"The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation. "This is like being abroad in a magical surrounding. This property is amazing. There is a restaurant on the beach and nearby a few more options. Set in a pine forest on the beach with a great pool too. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Vivienne was most helpful and jolly, great pool and great location, we had a wonderful stay. Be prepared for the tight parking but with care you can manage. Overall a quality place to stop. "

"My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "

"This property is stunning in every way. Every detail from the decor to gracious staff to all of the fine high quality appointments throughout the property. Only the finest quality items are used throughout. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday or short getaway. The location is easy to access and it is only a short walk to many designer stores and the stunning port of Saint Tropez. Also, the Citaldel is just a few blocks up from the front door of the hotel where you will find breathtaking views of the city and Mediterranean Sea. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel just 10min drive from the center of St Tropez. We arrived 10/26, the last day the hotel was open for the season. Also it was the big sales weekend in St Tropez but because of the huge rainstorm and flooding we didn’t go into town. Thankfully the hotel could take us at their lovely restaurant for dinner during the storm. Service and food was excellent. Safe parking inside the gated property. Room 13 was lovely with a patio and seating and a great view of the pool and the water. We’ll be back earlier in the season!"
