"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "We had an amazing stay at Broome Park. It’s such an impressive building that’s well maintained, and the rooms are really impressive to make your stay feel all the more special. We loved having a drink in the bar, finding the snooker room and having a go and enjoying the view from our window whilst enjoying our morning coffee in bed :) "
