"The elevator is extremely small and the spiral staircase is very treacherous and has no grab railing. My wife took a fall and injured her knee. It could have easily been more serious as she went all the way down and hit her head on the wall at the bottom.."

"This is a beautiful hotel on a perfect island. The hotel is charming and has lovely balconies and meeting areas with fresh flowers everywhere. One can hike uphill to the rural villages along paths with wildflowers in abundance. It is an easy downhill walk to shopping, seaside restaurants and beaches. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner. "

"The owners of this hotel are the best. My husband broke his leg and they were so very kind and helpful. They arranged for transport to the ferry at a very awkward time of day, brought us snacks and arranged for a taxi in Piraeus. I can’t speak of them highly enough. "

"Mattress was not comfortable at all. We ended up sliding together in the middle of the mattress. Walkable to about everything if you don't have joint problems but if you're going to Hydra expecting to not walk you should rethink your trip. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Water gets everywhere from the shower and I mean everywhere."

"Excellent value, excellent location, about 5 minutes from the port, excellent amenities, very clean, and nice host. Shower had hot water, kitchen was well-stocked, there was a Nespresso machine and host provided some capsules, dry coffee, and a nice welcome gift. During our stay around Christmas, there were a few very windy days with highs in the low 50s F. Only negative was the rooms are drafty and with the strong winds even with both heaters running continuously, temps never got above about 62F in the rooms. "
