1. The hotel's in-room features clearly stated air conditioning. But we were provided a non air conditioned room. We asked for an air conditioned room but the staff said that there's a surcharge for it. 2. There is no 24 hour hot water supply 3. The wifi was not reachable in the room. Complained about it, but there was no help
