"This hotel is absolutely amazing! It has everything anyone could want. It's right on the beach, has lots of pools , bars a swim up bar, plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, lots of staff to get drinks and food and towels for you. Lots of shops, restaurants and a casino in the hotel. The only thing that would have made it better, we should have booked a room with full ocean view and a balcony. We got partial Ocean view and no balcony. Our house keeper was amazing, her name was Maria on the 7th floor. She always made sure we had plenty of towels and espresso. ( No coffee maker in the room, just got tea and espresso maker). Please remember to tip your housekeeper. They do an excellent job and keep your things safe and clean. There is a safe and mini fridge, but no microwave in the room . We were there to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. We checked in Oct 21 and her birthday was the 22cond. On that day while we were out at the beach, we came back to a SURPRISE AND MYSTERY slice of chocolate cake decorated beautifully with 4 accompanying cookies! We still don't know which hotel staff was responsible for this, but it was a complete delight that we were not charged for! The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful and made dinner suggestions and reservations . Not related to hotel but I DO NOT recommend the Rainforest and waterslide tour. It's a treacherous climb! Only for athletes! Not for the over 50 crowd!"

"The stay was amazing and we will come again. I would caution other visitors to be financially prepared as the onsite amenities are pretty pricey. To property management, I suggest to check the water as it was not hot at all. Showers were luke warm and the hot tub was not hot at all. It was our anniversary and we paid almost $600 for a couple's retreat in the Rainforest Spa, but the hot tubs are separate(male and female, not for sharing) and the water was cold even when hot was activated. We went 3 days and water was cold all three days. Lastly, the cleaning crew should always knock down the spider webs in the room. We had many webs and many small spiders in the room. We also seen German roaches in the bathroom at 787 Prime and Nori. Our meals for two nights was $500 and there were roaches presents. I would however say that these smalls issues will not deter us from coming again. We are already planning next year's trip. We just want management to be aware and maybe look into those issues. All staff was friendly and made great suggestions of things to do off site. Thanks friends!"
