It was very easy to check in. Great communication via phone and once in the apartment, everything was very clean, plenty of supplies/ utensils for cooking etc. the apartment was quite, clean and felt very safe. I would stay here again and would certainly recommend for long term and short term stay.

This was my third time coming to Houston and I have only great things to say about this property. The check in instructions were very easy with pictures to help guide you, it’s all virtual making it easy to arrive and go right to your room. The room itself was very clean with everything furnished and supplies needed were all readily available for my stay. It is a quick walk to the mall, there is a target nearby and so many dining options around. The galleria is a great location to stay at! I communicated through text for my check in and with any concerns that I had. Responses were almost immediate and made me feel safe during my stay. There is a pool with easy access to go to which I spent some time at. Other features such as the gym and tanning bed are available as well. I will definitely be returning to Houston and staying here again! I’ve been looking at my next stay and the dates I want to come are unfortunately already booked! I would suggest booking here far in advance to ensure you can stay here during your desired dates. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great location, AMAZING communication! We did have a small issue actually getting into the unit despite the very good instructions… (Mostly attributed to user error apparently. It is a touch pad entry and you have to touch just the numbers for the code not the keypad first and then the numbers.) The beds were very comfortable, however the living room furniture not so much. We would stay there again.

Place was spacious and clean. We had some issues... elevator was broken for most of our stay, and we could only access pool during the leasing office hours, even though pool is open for many more hours before and after.

If I could give more stars I would. This place was incredible! It was so much better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it was located in such a good area. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was able to text them about anything we needed or any questions we had and got an almost immediate response. We will definitely be staying again!!
