"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "The location was excellent. You could walk out to multiple shopping and dining options. Our unit was well furnished in kitchen and beach acutriments. The bed was not comfortable. And putting a sqishy piece of foam on a mediocre matress does not help. Sheets and coverings lumped up and slid around. And a small item, but for this price you shouldnt need to but TP. But overall we liked it. Beach chairs, coolers, swim fins, beach towels all there."

"Excellent location, location, location. On the point, beautiful sunsets from the room or bar/pool. Near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and responsive, availability of services good. This resort is older, noticeable in the rooms; loose plumbing, noisy ventilation, a heavy, sticky sliding door to the lanai. However, the bed was very comfortable, linens and towels fresh and clean.
