"The Poste Montane lodge has a very old school European Alps atmosphere. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. When I asked the assistant manager at check-in if there was a bellman to take our luggage to the room, he told me no, but that he would be happy to do it for me. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was very spacious, and had a walk-in closet larger than some studio apartments in Manhattan. Guests are treated to a free, hearty buffet breakfast every morning, during ski season. The restaurants and shops of Beaver Creek are only a short walk away. This was my second stay at the Poste Montane Lodge, and I'm looking forward to returning next year."

"Don't miss the Eagle River Inn!!! This is a jewel of of a boutique hotel, on the river and completely renovated to the 9’s in every detail. It’s warm, cozy, comfortable, and the staff is fabulous! If you are looking for a very special romantic weekend or a wind down relaxing place this is it. It reeks of classy rustic decor and art.?Great organic continental breakfast of quality foods that are locally sourced. There are also 3 restaurants a few blocks away. Right across the street is the Saloon, An 1800’s Mexican restaurant with great food. Just down the street is a fabulous ( and I mean fabulous) It’s TINY but it’s Thai owner will present some of the best Thai food you will ever eat. There's also Sunrise, if you want a heavier breakfast. Don't miss “A Wee Dram” a few doors down serving Colordo refined Scotch in the smallest and cutest bar you'll ever see. Fun fun place. Then, don't miss Holy Toledo, a high end 2nd hand store with crazy deals on designer clothes in an old church."

"Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "
