"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. "Hotel was about a 15 minute walk from railway station. Check in was good. We had room 815 it was facing the water. Beds firm and were able to get bigger firmer pillows. Room size was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choices."

"Very very dated hotel. Hotel was a distance away from the train station so it was inconvenient to get to the hotel with luggage and then head back to the train station for meals and head back again. There was a musky smell in the room and the countertops were dusty. We borrowed a fan from the laundry room to use in the room just to circulate the air as the aircon is not working well (in addition to the smell).
