We were originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay due to the lovely amenities and helpful staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond; Ito-san helped us with booking a restaurant, and Ishigami-san helped us with extending our stay. "Great looking hotel and rooms. Reasons for my 4* rating. There was one thing that I didn’t like about the rooms, lack of space and hangars to hang up our clothes! One other issue - we had got into the hotel earlier than the check in and did all the check in procedures. At 2.50 pm, when the staff clearly had time, they refused to allow us to check in.
