"Door was hard to open… handle had to be moved and held in a specific way in order for the door to unlock… sometimes it would take 7 or 8 tries to unlock it. Washer and Dryer’s in the room are junk. Washer didn’t spin half the time and the dryer made an aweful clanking noise… making it impossible to dry laundry and get some sleep. "

"It definitely needs some fixing up but overall was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our dog was comfortable there too since it's quiet. No riffraff around. Laundry on site and plenty of restaurants around. There are no pots and pans or dishes so if you plan on cooking go by the dollar store and get stuff. Will definitely stay there again!! "

"Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. From my previous review one week ago, they improved the restocking of coffee, waffle batter, and tacos during the complimentary breakfast. Overall, they need to improve the maintenance to the facilities. The elevator was not working, the room's bathroom's lights were not working as well as few lights on the room, the room's door has no dead bolt, there were a cockroach on the bathroom, there was a misalignment between the mattress and the boxspring...

"Upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful. The next morning at checkout, the kitchen staff was on her personal phone for serval minutes and took me a while to get her attention that the buffet was out of several items, e.g., egg omelet, pork sausage, so we had to wait while for more sausage to be cooked and replenished.
